spiftastic weekend

Savanna and I had a blast this weekend. Daddy had to work on Saturday. We went to Savanna's annual Fall Festival at school. There was so much to do. She got her hair sprayed pink and red with that color stuff. They had face painting it was very popular we waited in a super long line for about 25 minutes. Savanna was going to get a Ga "G", but decided on a pumpkin instead. She bought a t-shirt to show her school spirit too. There were three Columbia County sheriff deputy's there doing the ident-a-kid program. They also had a rock wall climb, the moonwalk of course, and a hay ride. In the cafeteria there were subs, and drinks for lunch. Savanna saw her best friend and the two of them took a picture with Scruff McGruff the crime dog.

Later, we went to the new store Steve & Barry's. We went with our friends Elayne, Amber, Scott, Chase, Breezy, and Summer. Eventually Savanna, Chase, and Breezy had to be separated. They were just having a little too much fun for a deartment store. Friday night Savanna, and I went clothes shopping for her, so I got Brad some things at Steve & Barry's. Everything in the store is $7.98! I bought him two pair of jeans and four shirts. My total came out to be $50.76! The clothes I bought were very nice too, not cheap. I was so happy when we left there. It's worth the drive over to North Augusta to go clothes shopping.

Saturday night we got to hang out with Brad for a bit. The three of us went to Longhorn. It was so good, but I was miserable when I left. I didn't even finish my meal and I was stuffed. I also had a pomegranate margarita. I absolutely love pomegrante, I buy the juice alot. I found these malt liquor beverages that are blueberry pomegranate, and whatever alcohol is in it. They are ok, but nothing compared to that margarita lastnight.

Savanna wanted to ride her bike this weekend so we headed outside. Of course since now that I have my trusty laptop I took it outside with me. She rode for a while, then ended up picking leaves off the tree pretending they were flowers. It was so cute.

Hopefully this coming week will go by pretty fast. Friday my sister, and I are leaving for Atlanta to see the beautiful Nick Lachey! I'm so excited! Even though I'm not to keen on his music, I love looking at him =) I haven't been to a concert in ages either so it will be good to get away.
